Job Description

Duties: Responsible for all PepsiCo's Energy financials including Financial and Planning Analysis (FP&A), Profit and Loss management, Capital Spend and Budgeting. Work on Financial Systems and Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A) process and planning readiness for the integration of PepsiCo's acquired energy brands. Prepare all of PepsiCo's Energy financial statements, reports, forecasts, and budgets, and manage Rockstar Energy income statements and capital budget to maximize return on investments and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to solve financial and cost efficiency issues. Responsible for all PepsiCo's Energy financials, including partnering with Division Organization units to ensure proper oversight and application of all PepsiCo's financial accounting and budgeting practices.

Develop one-year Annual Operating Plan and five-year PepsiCo Strategic Plan by quantifying impact of initiatives, advising trade-offs, ensuring leadership alignment, and providing thought leadership. Develop financial business cases for capital investment projects, including Discounted Cash-Flow, Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, and Return on Investment, and present and influence financial decisions. Lead the $45MM productivity agenda and ensure corporate objectives and cost-saving commitments are delivered. Lead large cross functional teams through principled program management, change management, and Project Management tools and methodologies to deliver on strategic agenda. Create a business intelligence-based reporting infrastructure and simplify information analysis to deliver insights for strategy development.

Create internal control policies, guidelines and procedures, and ensure all internal control regulations are applied and upheld. Review past, present and expected operational expenses, and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities that exist while also creating action plans. Advise Energy and Division management on short- and long-term financial objectives, and how they relate to PepsiCo's overall goals and metrics. Responsible for evaluating all Division and Functional requests for capital support for expenses related to Energy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Must have eight (8) years of experience with: developing and providing thought leadership on short- and long-term strategic and financial plans for global firms; creating zero based budgets and forecasts, advising and providing critical decision support to executive leadership and management on risks, opportunities, and trade-offs on different projects and initiatives; managing and driving strategy, including influencing cross functional managers by prioritizing and organizing activities and managing several large cross-functional project teams and projects; data analysis and data insights generation, and synthesizing and encapsulating complex data and translating analytical findings into actionable reports, solutions and processes; and with various tools including HFM, BI Planning Systems (Hyperion Planning), Oracle ESSBASE, SAP BO, IRI, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.

Must have six (6) years of experience with: managing and implementing complex Financial Planning and Analysis processes and systems such as Business Intelligence systems (Hyperion Planning), Oracle ESSBASE, and SAP BO for matrixed organizations; developing and applying quantitative methodologies to evaluate strategic alternatives for large global organizations, including financial modeling, cost savings modeling, economic value added (EVA) modeling, and category research and analysis; manufacturing, GTM, and planning systems, including sales and ops planning, supply chain, network, demand and capacity planning; as a Finance Business Partner supporting and leading engineering, technology, supply chain, R&D, procurement, commercial, and legal functions to create zero-based budgets and forecasts by drafting business cases, leading new product launches, scenario planning, and detailed financial modeling.

Must have five (5) years of experience developing Capital Plans and Capex business cases by working with large teams, maximizing financial returns while balancing the growth, productivity, and necessity priorities of the business.
