Assistant Manager - Business Excellence / Business Analyst

Job Description:

Candidate should be able to define OSS /BSS process (across all telecom journeys like L2O,O2C, T2R,) Process Metrics & templates, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current /to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
Developing required documentation such as SOP, work instruction, workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills required to lead workshops and customer meetings (proficiency in Visio, Word, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery"

Work Experience:

Candidate should have 5-10 years' consulting experience leading the definition and deployment of to be processes / transformation solutions in client environments related to telecom industry.
Telecom networks and telco industry background experience and knowledge of OSS & BSS processes like network planning, architecture, network operations, deployments for B2B, B2C segments.
Must have good knowledge for digital, analytical, automation use cases for the network planning, operations, deployments etc.
Direct client site experience is mandatory.
Developing required documentation such as, process flow diagrams, SOPs, KPIs, RACI, gap analysis reports, presentations, workshop agenda etc.
Process or Business Tranformation hands on experience in telecom domain
