Education/Qualifications:
Four-year University degree
CBAP Certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Gather the requirements.
- Create Features and User Stories for the requirements.
- Plan the requirements for the build.
- Review the requirements with the build.
- Communicate the requirements with the teams.
- Give an Insight of the products to the clients when required.
- Communicate with Stakeholders/PO/PM for finalizing the requirements.
- Address the concerns of the Dev/QA team.
- Create tasks for the Dev for easy understanding of requirement.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Capable of meeting high standards.
- Ability work under pressure.
- The ability to multi-task.
Education/Qualifications:
Four-year University degree
CBAP Certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 1-3 Years of BA experience
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- People skills and diplomacy while engaging with various stakeholders
- Problem Solving/Logic Skills
- Strong communication
- Strong MS/Office skills in particular with Excel and Word
- Good Listening skills
