We are looking for Business Analysts from Middle to Senior Levels to work for an existing project in Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.
Our customer is a global leader in retail and wholesale pharmacy.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze business needs to determine technical requirements Identify impacted areas/systems/processes and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Prepare detailed system requirements
  • Assist in functional design solutions for new and enhancement to existing products/functionality
  • Take the initiative to seek out areas of improvement
  • Lead a systematic process for capturing requirements
  • Work with partners to capture requirements in a standard format that can serve as the foundation for developing technical documentation
  • Work with Developers and other IT staff to determine system and functional components and data between them
  • Provide data mappings to devs and perform testing
  • Validate the requirements documentation with the appropriate parties and receives approval on these documents
  • Review final design documents to ensure that they clearly explain the work expectations
  • Continuously assess systems as business direction changes for impacts to existing designs
  • Partner with developers and other IT staff to ensure the design fulfils business and technical requirements
What You Have
  • 1+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting FHIR over REST-based systems analysis
  • Knowledge of systems based on HL7 Implementation Guides for analyzing requirements
  • Good negotiation skills to get all stakeholders buy-in
  • Understanding of clinical domain coding standards i.e. CPT, ICD, LOINC etc
  • Formal education in engineering or computer science
  • Experience working with a big amount of ambiguity
  • Product management mindset
  • Familiar with HIPAA and Privacy rules especially in relationship to payers domain
  • Acquaintance with Agile
  • Clinical background
  • Understanding of healthcare payer benefits space
