To support the Digital Transformation project in the Finance group, we are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about new technologies and, spreading and sharing knowledge. What to expect
- Lead in the definition of requirements and design for Digital Finance Transformation projects, and liaise with other divisions as appropriate. Participate in ad-hoc projects to provide automation support or digital counsel.
- Develop and execute initiative's business case with deliverables, milestones, tracking and change management plan.
- Proactively maintain contact with Leadership team and business teams to update and support the digital transformation agenda.
- Proactively identify process improvements and propose implementations solutions. This includes leading the discussions with leadership team and working teams from planning to execution phase.
- Develop working knowledge and understanding of key business drivers impacting strategic and operational objectives.
- Research to stay informed of latest technology and process innovations, and adapt to fit SWIFT.
- Be an effective team player - to undertake tasks outside of own assignments, when required, to help achieve team's deliverables. Guide the team as a senior member of the team.
What Will Make You Successful
- A minimum 3 year Finance or IT university degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Finance or IT areas. Experience in areas relating to Process Improvement, Project Management or Data Science, would be an added advantage.
- Curious and passionate about digital technologies
- Curious mindset on best practices, and challenge existing processes with the focus to improving them
