The role:

• Managing transition projects within the organization
• Develops and coordinates the activities associated with a specific region/country
• Process migration coordination
• Identifying and scheduling project deliverables and required tasks
• Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project, staffing requirements and allocation of resources
• Accountable for all deliverables relating to process migration
• Creation and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Relationship management
• Monitor all progress against plan

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as the Coordinator/Team Lead, preferably within the finance industry
• Process migration experience required
• University degree (bachelor as a minimum)
• Excellent English skills
• Understanding of finance & Accounting processes is essential
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Willingness to travel (regular or even short notice at times)
• Advanced communication and reporting skills
