The Financial Controller role will oversee all the accounting activities and ensure control of the business resources. It is a role where you will have direct impact across the whole business.

Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for

Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting team

Management of 3 direct reports

Reviewing monthly management accounts to provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders

Reviewing weekly margin, sales and stock reporting to ensure the business continues to grow.

Analysing budgets and forecasts and being able to provide solutions for resolutions where needed.

Building and managing comprehensive financial models that will drive the annual operating plan.

Provide key insights into business trends and risks

Profile

The Financial Controller will be efficient in Netsuite, stock management and will have a very astute commercial acumen.

You will be a real team player and will be very enthusiastic and open to change. The business is growing very rapidly, so you must have a growth mindset and be able to be incredibly flexible where needed.

Ideally you will also be familiar with tax in more than one country.
