A dynamic property investment organisation has a fixed term contract opportunity available for a skilled Management Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Collating forecast and budget information
- Collating market information (forex)
- Preparing consolidated report
- Preparing consolidated forecast and / or budget statements
- Responsible for various recons, analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- BComm Accounting or equivalent graduate
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Very proficient in modelling and accounting
- Expereince in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work under pressure
- Takes ownership for ensuring deadlines are met
- Must be immediately available and willing to commit to a contract
