You will be responsible for:
Consistently deliver as per Performance Level Agreement and business requirementsValidate invoices, travel and expenses claims in an accurate and timely mannerBooking of invoices and expense claims in an accounting systemInvoices and expense claims payments processingDeal with internal and external queries via phone and email with a timely resolutionEstablish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of improvements in serviceHighlight problematic/ineffective areas and take initiative to suggest ideas to change and improve processes Requirements:
Knowledge of general accounting principles as an assetExperience in Accounts payable and/or Payments processes will be an assetIntermediate in the use of MS office tools skills including Word and ExcelTimely completion of tasks assigned by Line ManagerAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to do Multi TaskKnowledge of English – minimum B2 levelKnowledge of other language: Greek / Hebrew / Italian / Russian / Armenian We offer:
