Assistant Finance Manager (Data Centre)

My client is a fast-growing company in the Property Construction (Data Centre) sector. Hiring a driven talent to manage full spectrum Financial activities for countries in Asia Pacific.


Successful candidate & Expectations


1) CA/ CPA and Degree qualified, Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants
2) 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in Big 4 and Commercial sector
3) Relevant industry exposure from Property Construction business, or start-up experience will be highly advantageous
4) Desired traits: Agile to fit into a fast-paced environment. Willing to roll up sleeves to be hands-on. You will need to be resourceful as there are unstructured processes, things are fluid and ever changing. Highly driven individual with excellent communication skills.


The Role


Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for month-end processes across countries in Asia Pacific, monthly reconciliations, management of compliance obligations (such as CPF, IRAS submission etc) and the group's local statutory reporting requirements including tax and audit matters. You will also support in the annual budgeting process and forecasting activities, management accounting as well as internal controls and process improvement initiatives. You will evaluate existing framework and procedures and assist in the continuous development of more efficient processes and system.
This is an individual contributor position, and the successful candidate should have strong experience in handling full spectrum of Finance & Accounting responsibilities. Seeking a hands-on and motivated self-starter with good communication skills.
