This position is a permanent, part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator. This role will be responsible for general accounts and office administration duties.

Description
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Data entry
- Processing of invoices and payments
- Liaising with suppliers
- Monitoring incoming phone calls and answering queries
- Maintain and update company databases and records
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Proficient MS Office experience
- Must have prior accounts experience with a National business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise
- A collaborative team player
