Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Revenue Accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor suspense accounts periodically, to follow up with overseas stations where necessary.

• Retrieve air waybill (AWB) info from Cargo Revenue Accounting system and SAP, ensure that invoices are supported by agreements, prepare documents for approval

• Packing of sales audit documents and arrange for dispatch to outsourced vendor

• Send chaser to stations to follow up on non-submitted AWB by period close.

• Send chaser to stations to follow up on missing AWB

• To perform various stock transactions (ie. issue/transfer/blacklist/un-blacklist/creation).

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting/Business/Finance

• Basic knowledge in Accounting.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office functions especially Excel

• Team player

• Keen learner
