Responsibilities

Monthly Closing & Forecasting (Revenue & Opex)
  • Monthly reporting and variance analysis of financial performance
  • Monitor the movement of the P&L during closing
  • Monthly cost review with Operations Leader by highlighting areas of risks and opportunities
  • Weekly forecasting of revenue for Postal meeting

Quarterly Review & Estimates
  • Quarter review slides for Board & Postal Meeting
  • Review of financial performance and provide quarter estimates to finance

Yearly Budget
  • Propose budget to the management based on historical revenue trending and budget, with consideration of forecasted development of key/ new customers

Supporting various stakeholders on budgeting exercise (Revenue, Opex, Capex)
  • Daily volume reporting
  • Daily tracking of Postal & Parcel volume against target deployed

Restructuring/ Various support
  • To support in various areas due to dept restructuring and analyse the impact of changes to P&L
  • Provision of clarifications to IMDA's queries on timely basis
  • Projects and Initiatives (as assigned)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 6 years of deep experience in Accounting or Business Experience in Logistics industry is desirable, but not a must.
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Strong analytical ability
  • High level of motivation
  • Good exposure of business, operational and finance processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environment and fast changing business needs.
