ACCA Mentor/Lead -Global Learning Operations

Incumbent will be responsible for improving the teaching process for various ACCA subject Courses and upskilling delivery, through value add in study Material, methodology, student connect  and over all Mentorship. Key responsibility areas includes:-

• Creating Academic content and unique learning methodologies for FinTram under the guidance of the our Management team.
• Developing inhouse content for ACCA namely Study Material, Videos, Mocks, Case studies, Exams, etc. 
• Answering students queries on subject matter across courses. Timely check on their performances and corrective action plan implementation when required 
• Providing necessary Mentorship to Students and working with faculties to provide right and timely guidance to students
• Contributing in overall effectiveness of student's experience. Enabling students to perform better and hence help in getting better results for the organization
• EDUCATION- Should be certified ACCA 
• Willing to support and work with students wholeheartedly to help them for their best interest and performance

Candidate based out of Delhi NCR will be preferred
