FP&A Controller

The Company


My client is a key leader in the Services industry, currently looking to recruit a driven Business Partner to drive management reporting, analysis and review of accounting.


The Role


Successful candidate should possess:
1) Solid FP&A skills with prior controllership foundation (Portfolio: 80% focusing on FP&A and business partnering + 20% on accounting)
2) International MNC experience is a Must; working in complex business (such as across different business operating lines)
3) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for overall P&L management for the Singapore business unit, providing financial analysis and business analytics to ensure delivery of forecasts and plans, overseeing preparation of monthly performance decks and delivering consolidated planning and forecasting activities. You will be involved in preparing and analyzing business and strategic plans, as well as in providing explanation of variances and performance drivers.

You will participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling etc. You will review monthly business performance, drive performance objectives, and support management and commercial teams in identifying potential expansion opportunities and running profitability analysis. You will also evaluate existing processes and workflow and continue to drive process/ system improvement.

Overall Portfolio: 80% focusing on FP&A and business partnering + 20% on accounting.


Your Profile

• Degree qualified, with CPA/CMA/MBA qualifications
• Successful candidate should be a strategic business partner who possesses:
  • Strong Excel and Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be hands-on where required (lean structure)
