Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead a small team and be hands-on, as well as having a proven track record in an SME environment. You will be tasked with running the finance department and providing on time reporting, as well as business partnering with key stakeholders.

Description

  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Submitting and preparing VAT returns
  • Year end accounting and speaking to any external aids in the preparation of submitting reports
  • Business Partnering with key stakeholders
  • Reviewing budgets and looking at the data vs the actuals.
  • Analysing business performance by monitoring
  • Reviewing key financial data / profit reporting
  • Proving on time and correct KPI reporting
  • Financial Planning and Reporting on important data
  • Looking at new ways to improve and streamline the function as well as the control element associated with the role

Profile

Must hold a qualification - ACA / ACCA / CIMA

Any Sage experience would be useful

SME track record

Strong communication skills

Job Offer
