Corporate Finance- Finance and Business Manager for Technology - Associate

The GTI F&BM team is responsible for partnering and supporting senior technology management and plays a critical central role in executing financial processes, analysis, reporting, and maintaining strict governance across a large matrixed organization. This highly visible role will focus on providing Finance support across GTI APAC including oversight, data analysis, headcount management and articulating financials to senior management. Strong stakeholder management abilities with ability to simplify/analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the data will be critical for this role.

Overall Responsibilities: The role is part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI). F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, budgeting, data analysis, executive level management reporting project delivery, risk & control delivery.

Responsibilities broadly include :
• Executive Level management reports on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks and delivery
• Provide transparency on expenses & resources with a focus on key drivers and to maintain governance over financial controls.
• Collaborate and lead to ensure monthly APAC Region reports are delivered on time with quality and actionable driver explains
• Proactively analyze trends, research issues and respond to enquiries
• Partner with all Global functions and senior technology management in region to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the key metrics that serve the region
• Act as an advisor to all chapter owners and location teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and data integrity
• Analyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and tools, including gap analysis, improved metrics reporting and scorecard development
• Enforce guidelines and operating principles for effective delivery of information as defined by F&BM
• Partner with other finance and business managers across technology to agree and leverage best practices.

• Expertise in planning and financial control management
• Advanced skills in Excel / PowerPoint / Tableau / SharePoint
• Needs to have financial / accounting experience, with strong analytical skills
• Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances
• Ability to handle sensitive and maintain confidentiality
• Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally: good team player
• Essbase, Smart View, and SAP experience would be advantageous
• Strong quantitative, critical thinking and analytic skills
• Ability to synthesize financial information into concise, insightful and actionable recommendations

Skills / Competencies Needed:
• Minimum 3years Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably across various technology business and finance.
• Strong Excel skill is required.
• 3-5 years professional experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related area is preferred
• Experience to use SAP, Essbase, Oracle, Appito system is preferred.
