• Leads the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly Group statutory reporting
• Leads the preparation of monthly, quarterly forecast and yearly budget for Business units and Group
• Analysis of monthly and quarterly & yearly financial reporting & reconciliation with management reporting
• Support the team on business & financial initiatives
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent to finalize statutory financial statements of the Group and various business entities
• Lead SAP financial systems roll-out for Group consolidation
• Provide technical expertise and advice to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• 8+ years' financial accounting experience, preferably gained from a corporate/MNC environment with a significant manufacturing asset/s base
• Previous experience in Big 4 preferred and experience in SAP BCS rollout would be advantageous
• Accounting Degree from reputable University and with professional qualification, i.e. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, ISCA, etc.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with good business partnership skills, and a team player
• Commercially-oriented with high energy, a 'can-do' attitude and hands-on
