The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore. It ensures the best use of State land and buildings, provides an effective and reliable land management system and enables the full use of land information for better land management.

Senior Executive, Finance (Agency Accounting)
  • Ensure that billing systems is updated correctly with new accounts or when there are changes to the billing accounts.
  • Recording and monitoring Security Deposits including banker's guarantee
  • Issue tax invoices and ensure accurate billing to customers
  • Prepare financial reports for management and external reporting
  • Perform GL reconciliation and maintain audit schedules
  • Maintain GIRO files for payment transactions and provide support for accounting entries
  • Assist in performing tasks for accounts payable team such as to ensure invoices are approved and paid on time
  • provide advice on billing and payment matters
  • Participate in system enhancement testing and suggest solutions for problems
  • Assist in other tasks as directed


Requirements:
  • Qualification in accountancy with minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Meticulous and keen to learn
  • Motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP is preferred
