We are currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to join our Operations Finance team in Singapore. You will be a finance partner to Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve customer inputs as well as work towards achieving output goals.
This role will be primarily responsible for business partnering, decision support, financial modeling, controllership and operations cost reduction. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis and insights. The Senior Financial Analyst will also lead variance analysis for monthly/quarterly business reviews as well as execute ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.

Role Responsibilities

Provide timely and insightful reporting of financial results
• Support financial review processes including monthly financial and quarterly business reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics
• Drive continual standardization and streamlining of planning and forecasting processes
• Develop tools to drive better understanding of performance and metric trends
• Work with data source providers to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available
• Build strong relationships within a highly matrixed organization

Basic Qualifications:
- CA/ MBA (finance) / CFA • 6-8 or more years relevant experience / business finance.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting. Highly analytical and detail oriented.
- Strong financial analysis, financial modeling skills, and familiarity with Data Warehouse environment, SQL knowledge a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Supply chain and experience in Warehouse / Retail / Consumer Goods / Transportation industry a plus.
