Taxation Officer / Accounts Officer / Tax Officer, Bin Bakar International

We are looking for a Taxation Officer / Accounts Officer / Tax Officer

1. Provide an Aging report to all sales team members at the start of the month.
2. Reconcile debtor’s accounts daily and correct any problems within agreed timeframes.
3. Chase overdue invoices by telephone, WHAT’S APP, email & letter within agreed timescales.
4. Keep update the manual ledger Book & and system’s ledger by reconciling the customer ledger at daily basis.
5. Chase the Dishonor Cheques, and negotiating with customer for re-payment plans.
6. Check and update the status of online receipts and bank balance at daily basis.
7. Prepare the General Sales Tax (GST) Invoices for all customers. 
8. Verify BDV report with bank receipts at daily basis.
9. Attend the all meetings with director / managers to resolve all kind of problems.
10. Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Director / Account Manager.

Education: Bachelors

Degree Title: BBA / B.Com / Equivalent

Career Level: Experienced Professional

Experience: 5 Years
