Responsibilities:
- Perform basic book-keeping
- Maintain accurate data on the digital system and physical financial records
- Perform support to the account department with office tasks such as filing all proper documentation and processing the mails for different entities
- Updating and maintaining fixed asset registers and expense listing
- Processing AR/AP as assigned by the finance manager and updating of ledgers and budget, projection and forms
- Assist in reconciling petty cash claims from different departments
- Process reimbursement forms within the organization
- Assistance with preparation of documentation for audit purpose and taxation filing purpose
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance/ Accounting
- 1-2 years' experience in commercial accounting, familiar with Excel, QBO
- Mandarin Chinese knowledge is an advantage, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company
- Well organized, careful and patient, put enough attention on details
