We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Analyst/Management Accountant to work closely with the UK Finance team to document finance processes and produce statements of requirement.

What does the role involve?

As Management/Financial Accountant, you will provide vital reports to the wider business and will work alongside operational teams to ensure all systems are fit for purpose. You will also liaise with other analysts on complex business process queries and provide advice and support to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have an accounting background with proven analytical skills, be self-motivated, a strong communicator and deliver technically strong, practical and comprehensive documentation.

The successful candidate will require:
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint experience required; highly analytical.
  • Experience of dealing with consolidations and monthly reporting (including presentation etc).
  • Capability to manipulate data in excel, populating PowerPoints to show performance vs target / Budget or prior year, designing reports and collating UK information from other finance members
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
  • Effective communicator, with evident ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Comfortable working alongside operational and commercial colleagues
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels
  • Strong Self Starter with the ability to work "hands on"
  • Applicants should ideally be part qualified
