2 Assistant Management Accountants required on a permanent basis in Keynsham, Bristol.
The Role

This role works within the Month End Integration team, supporting the financial integration for the new surgeries who join IVC. The main tasks of the role will be month-end processes including takings reconciliations, P&L reviews and balance sheet reconciliations.

This role will involve posting of sales and cash, calculation of payroll splits, posting journals; reviewing payroll analysis commentary; and addressing areas of potential inaccuracy. You will own specific surgery P&Ls, producing monthly management accounts to a high level of accuracy; deliver P&L reviews at month end; reconcile the net sales figures and balance sheets. You will also deal with surgery queries, ensuring any process issues are identified and resolved.

Applicant Requirements

What are we looking for?
  • Completed AAT Level 4, Certificate level of CIMA, or ACCA Fundamental level - Knowledge passed
  • Experience in assistant management accounting roles
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, able to deliver right-first-time results quickly
  • Deadline focussed, willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
  • Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of OpenAccounts would be an advantage
