As the Finance Business Partner for Aviation Services you will support the Senior Finance Business Partner by providing dedicated, commercial and financial decision support. You'll work with the business to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations for efficiency improvements. You'll also act as a trusted, visible and accessible point of contact to business leaders and support them to deliver contractual obligations through identification of over and under delivery, performing root cause analysis, and making recommendations.

You will be confident with financial systems, have good attention to detail, a strong process driven mindset, great interpersonal skills and enjoy finding solutions to issues, adding value to an organisation.

What you'll need to do the roleFirstly, you'll need to be a qualified accountant with a track record of collaborating with business leaders in a complex business environment. You'll need to evidence the ability to influence, negotiate, listen to and resolve conflicts with KEY decision makers. Highlight problems, offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through their execution. Strong commercial acumen, as well as a strong understanding of the relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers. Lastly, you'll need the ability to interpret and deal with incomplete data; and the capability to exercise judgement where there is ambiguity.
