The Role Responsibilities
The CDD business analyst should ideally be accountable for the following:
- Detailing of specification on Customer Due-Diligence focusing on customer Onboarding, including CDD trigger events and reviews
- Eliciting requirements and writing EPICS and user stories focused on CDD.
- Good Stakeholder Management skills coupled with good co-ordination and issue resolution skills
- Must have good communication skills and should be able to communicate among stakeholders without ambiguity
- Support project teams during the analysis, planning and implementation stages of the CDD project.
- Understand System architecture and data flow to upstream and downstream systems
- Prior experience of Fenergo Product implementation or any CDD/ Customer Onboarding implementation will be an added advantage
- Alignment of testing requirements, resources and assistance during user acceptance testing (UAT) of the CDD system.
- Experience of having managed and delivered projects across technology, ideally covering Agile methods.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in large banking/financial institutions.
- Technology and project management certifications is good to have but not mandatory
- Business Analysis Certification such as CBAP is good to have but not mandatory
- Professional certification in Agile Methodology like CSM or SAFE Agile is good to have but not mandatory
