In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas where you can better/develop smarter SQL coding. Also your capability in working around advanced visualization platforms like TABLEAU and Spotfire will be tested.
Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and other Relational DBMS
- Expert on advanced Visualization like TABLEAU and Spotfire
- Knowledge around MS Office packages
- Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and raise product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethics, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
- Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working and should be flexible w.r.t timings.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Engineering
- Any graduate degree or equivalent or Master's degree with a strong academic record
- Previous experience in Data Scientist role with expertise on SQL coding
- Previous experience in Advanced visualization
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
