Job Summary

BSA-

This role shall be helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Developing technical solutions to business problems and advance company's sales efforts by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. This role requires strong written and verbal communication including technical writing skills, understanding of systems engineering concepts, ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case development and knowledge of modeling techniques and methods.

Competencies:
  • Comprehensive and thorough understanding of probing techniques (FGD's and interviews) to elicit requirements from relevant stakeholders, Communication skills to question, interpret and clarify information
  • Execute accurate requirement gathering tools and templates in concurrence with best practices (Business use cases, use case scenario, storyboard)
  • Implement Gap analysis process, tools, methodologies, approach and templates
  • Competent at product, components and associated technology eco-system, Local market needs, competitor products, NFR (Non-functional requirements), enabler stories creation, Diagnosis techniques
  • Implementation of Impact Analysis on other FA applications / existing processes, Feasibility Analysis,
  • Skilled in building data flow diagrams, creating focused / detailed use case diagrams, identifying actors, technology touchpoints, metrics/KPI and gaps from the use cases built
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of Scoping, Scheduling, Effort estimation techniques, Software Development methodologies, Agile/Scrum, Risk Identification and Management, Work breakdown structures,
  • Basic idea of onshore-Off-shore culture and good experience in working with international customers


Technical Skills:
  • To study the existing process of the product and recommend the best practices for the quality and efficiency

He/She is expected to have good hands-on experience in MS Office, MS Visio and any prototyping tools.
  • Must be well versed in preparing use cases, User Stories, BRD/FRD, wireframes, etc.
  • Should have sound hands on in working in a product kind of a set up and have worked very closely with architect, Devs, QAs both in the offshore and the onshore teams.
  • He/She also must have good experience in SDLC, Agile/Scrum Methodologies and see through the product end-to-end.


Educational Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology

Professional work experience of 4 to 6 years as a business analyst in BFSI with SDLC and Agile methodologies
