The IT Business Analyst supporting Oracle Financials (R12 and Fusion) designs, develops and implements moderately complex IT business systems. Provides user and application support for escalated IT issues.
Performs requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, system integration testing, system installation and deployment of business system(s). (Ex., Oracle and other core business systems). May specialize in a large, specific program/system or provide general support for a wide variety of programs/systems.
Designs, develops and implements IT architecture projects. Executes project tasks against an established project schedule, reviews ongoing project status with IT management and identifies unexpected key events. Maintains client relationships.
Provides user and application support of escalated IT issues as defined by the group's ITIL processes. Consults with other ITS groups, provides business system knowledge and expertise as required
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline. 4 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Preferred Qualifications
• 4 years of applicable functional software experience with R12, Fusion Financials preferred.
• Experience working with OTBI reporting.
• Highly proficient with PL/SQL and direct experience with GL and Financial Modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/PO) and in-depth knowledge of large multi-org and secondary ledger implementations.
• Experience in planning, testing for upgrades, preparation of test plans, test scripts, and developing test cases.
• Knowledge of Financial processes preferred.
• Should have a good working knowledge with GL and be able to collaborate with Accounting and Finance staff to support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Financial modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communications skills.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks a plus.
