Job Description & Summary

Would you like to play a part in some of Australia's biggest and most important projects? PwC's Transformation Assurance team is looking for a Manager to join our fast growing team and provide independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects.

As a Manager in our Transformation Assurance team your impact will be seen by:

• Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships with project directors, executives and team members in relation to transformation activity
• Help our clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track and will deliver the required quality of output
• Identify key risks to success of projects/programs and recommend solutions to clients
• Review and analyse critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and building internal relationships

About you

You have a background in project/program management or business analysis and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks and hold an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or a similar certification) and feel comfortable being part of Program and Portfolio reviews.
