Our mission is to help Nephrologists transform the business into clinical Nephrology practices of the future. NPS is a growing strategic business unit within DaVita that provides business solutions to physician practices, and leads the Village's physician employment and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) strategy. As NPS seeks to grow and become the leading national nephrology group in the country, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, operationally focused and results–driven Director of Finance to join our team.This position will be an integral part of the NPS leadership team and have broad exposure to NPS operations. This leader will be accountable to provide proactive analyses and a thorough reporting of operational results, develop and track key performance metrics/trends, own the budgeting/planning process and to monitor compliance against key performance milestones. This person will also ensure ongoing communication to stakeholders and will prepare presentations for leadership.
