Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Would be responsible to interacting with the Business, Users directly to understand the functional business requirements.

- Would be responsible to study the business requirement and analyze how the requirement can be incorporated in the application technically.

- Would be responsible to understand Functional and Technical requirements for an initiative.

- Would be responsible to document the functional requirements and prepare the functional specifications.

- Would be responsible to conduct walkthroughs with Business, development, testing and other stakeholders and get signoffs on the functional specifications.

- Would be responsible to closely work with Development and Testing teams to resolve their queries.

- Would be responsible to create high level test scenarios, test cases and monitor test cases / test results of the testing team.

- Would be responsible for conducting application Demos to Business Users.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of total experience in BFSI domain.

- 7+ years of work experience in Digital Channels like Mobile banking or Wallet product.

- Team work in an Agile / Scrum environment (3+ years)

- The ability to work collaboratively across several IT and business functions.

- Technical & Functional understanding

- Analysis, Solution definition and Problem solving

- Experience in Stake holder management, technical team management, leadership and responsibility.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech, Graduates, Post Graduate

CBAP Certification or any BA certification (Preferable)
