Job Description Summary
Partner with Product Line, Engineering and Regional teams to deliver financial analysis for all product lines serving the APAC markets. Responsible for lifecycle profitability assessments for new and existing products. Intermediate level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independence in problem solving and decision making.

Job Description

The APAC region is a key growth region for Onshore Wind and has diverse product offerings from two main segments: Megawatt Constrained 50Hz (Low Wind speed) and Land Constrained. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Estimate and track the financial performance for the APAC product lines
  • Develop & maintain complete business cases around new and ongoing investments for the region, including but not limited to all P&E, NPI R&D and product lifecycle costs and margins.
  • Support global scope of Land Constrained product lines by owning local business cases as well as providing information for global investment assessments
  • Partner with local commercial & project execution teams to complete investment assessments for specific project footprint in the region
  • Manage operating rhythms for key product development milestones, commercial milestones, financial planning cycles, and daily ad-hoc requests
  • Partner with operational Product Line teams to develop accurate cost estimates for early NPI products in order to support early commercial quoting activities
  • Delivering on profitability analysis around strategic decisions requested by the Product Line, Engineering and regional teams.
  • Develop and own Cost Handbook for new and existing Megawatt Constrained 50Hz products for India partnering with local Sourcing, supply chain and finance teams
  • Own cost variance analysis for different Cost Handbook iterations, linking with regional teams
  • Support operating rhythms around Cost Handbook evolution for local products for India, as well as ad hoc cost analysis around improvement opportunities


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Finance, with desired 4 years of experience with Product Cost or Supply Chain Finance. Master's degree (or equivalent) in finance from an accredited university or college.
