The Role:
- Prepare notice to reader documents and review engagements.
- Complete tax files for both corporate and personal clients.
- Auditing of tax files.
- Work directly with personal and corporate clients.
- Perform general bookkeeping.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Completed Accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA or CA)or at least 3 years of equivalent bookkeeping experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in a public practice firm.
- Proven full-cycle accounting application.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage 50.
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
- Strongorganization, attention to detail, and well-roundedcommunication skills;both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independentlybut with a team-minded attitude, be a self-starter,andtake ownership.
