Our client is Northwest London based firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax advisers, who due to recent growth are looking to recruit a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team.
Main duties of the role will include:
- Being first point of contact for clients and help with onboarding
- Preparation of management accounts and month end reports
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries
- Review work performed by more junior members of the team
Personal skills:
- Highly organised
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Technical skills and qualifications:
- AAT qualified or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Xero and Sage accounting software packages
