Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming (swift) subscription, redemption, switch and transfer of shares orders in the Transfer Agency system.
  • Input and check incoming fax orders
  • Monitor and check share class restrictions / order controls and take appropriate actions
  • Process orders and send trade confirmations to investors
  • Send in-outflow information to Fund Managers
  • Maintain Fund and share class static data in the Transfer Agency system
  • Answer, escalate and co-ordinate with involved parties of all matters and queries related to the Dealing desk function
  • You Offer

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a TA-Dealing desk function is considered as an advantage
  • Good organisational and time management skills are crucial
  • Be client oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented, proactive, detailed and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player is a must
  • Proficient in English, German, French (written & spoken); all additional language is considered as an advantage.
  • Keen on entering the interesting Fund business
  • Ability to learn new things and to look into a broad range of topics
