Our client is a leading manufacturer who work with some impressive brands and are highly regarded as market leaders within their field of expertise. As a result of continued growth, they now require a commercially focused Management Accountant to join their successful business on the outskirts of Castleford and Pontefract.
ROLE PROFILE
The Management Accountant role is a key position within the business and reports into the Head of Finance. The successful candidate will require a solid financial skill set (management accounts, financial analysis, data manipulation etc) as well as strong communication skills and excellent commercial acumen.
The role will involve liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders and therefore an ability to both build relationships at all levels and influence decisions is essential.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience with relevant hands-on experience in a similar role within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
The company offers a competitive remuneration package with a generous bonus incentive which has paid out at 20% year on year along with a positive approach to professional development.
