F45 Fitness Trainer

We are looking for Fitness Trainers (Freelance) who are eager to grow and foster a thriving community at our F45 Bukit Batok Central Team!

You will be required to:

• Come to class prepared with a good understanding of the workout and highlights for the day.
• Ensure the studio is set up, maintained and clean prior to the class
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrate the movement patterns of each exercise
• Offer modifications, regressions and progressions for all exercises
• Deliver high quality classes and monitor the form and safety of our members during the session
• Create an inclusive environment, motivate members and actively participate in class
• Support in studio operations as needed
• Conduct morning, evening and weekend classes.

Our ideal Trainer should:

• Be a Certified Personal Trainer / Group Class Instructor from an NCAA accredited course
• Have a valid First-Aid/CPR+AED certificate
• Able to commit 20 to 30 hours per month
• Have a passion for fitness and desire to help our members achieve their fitness goals
• Be dedicated and committed to your role, studio and the F45 brand
• Lead by example by being able to complete F45 workouts
• Be a clear communicator, possess great interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate members who walk through our door
• Relevant work experience is helpful but not compulsory, most importantly a willingness to learn
