CFO

As a CFO, your are the key member of the group's executive management team, you will provide leadership in all aspects of finance, investor relations, risk management and corporate governance.

Description

• Manage the finance organisation in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organisation's mission and ensure the finance staff is at the required competency level
• Heavy focus on monthly analytic, with a view to improving operating efficiency's and reducing costs
• Develop and maintain systems of internal control and fraud prevention measures to safeguard the assets of the organisation
• Work with external audit/tax agencies to finalise the annual financial audits /Tax planning strategy
• Monitor and improve working capital management measures
• Execution of the treasury and cash management policy as set forth by head office
• Ability to foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree, Accounting/Finance/Business related
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance Business, Corporate Finance
• Preferably from energy/construction/infrastructure industries
• At least 5 years of managerial position and leading a team
• Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and aggressive environment
• Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and results oriented
