The role of National Supply Chain Audit & Compliance Manager is accountable for the operational, commercial, financial and reputational risk management on behalf of Supply Chain and Amatil, to assist and accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Amatil's governance and control processes.

The Role
The role of National Supply Chain Audit & Compliance Manager is accountable for the operational, commercial, financial and reputational risk management on behalf of Supply Chain and Amatil, to assist and accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Amatil's governance and control processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Chair and lead an active Supply Chain governance forum and an active compliance forum to operationalise all policies and procedures
- Provide clear accountabilities for resolving issues and clear escalation path to drive required outcome
- Lead all periodic review requirements of alcohol management and Supply Chain's compliance against statutory, government and financial reporting standards
- Serve as subject matter expert across the business as well as the wider Amatil team in regards to any critical compliance issues and initiatives
About You:
- 7+ years leadership experience in an FMCG and Supply Chain operations environment
- University qualification in Law or Commerce related fields, CA/CPA Qualification is preferred, or a similar discipline
- Full Australian drivers licence required
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial reporting compliance frameworks
- Extensive experience managing control and governance frameworks including the documenting of processes and drafting of company policies
- Awareness and strong understanding of applicable legislation and ability to complete regulatory control obligations
- Ability to present internal audit results in line with the organisation's periodic reporting and governance structures
