Express is recruiting a Contract Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant on behalf of one of our Windsor clients. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper include:
  • Administrative Correspondence, Answer phones, Create Quotes
  • Job Costing, Bank Reconciliations, Budgets
  • Billing, Invoices, Payroll, Amortization
  • Account Reconciliations, Remittances, Cash Flow
  • Data Entry Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Journal Entries
  • General Office Duties
Required Experience for the Bookkeeper include:
  • 3-5 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent Knowledge of Simply Accounting, Sage 50
  • Experienced in MS Office Excel
Compensation & Hours for the Bookkeeper include:
  • Part Time: 3 days a week
  • Pay Range: $18.00/hr
