Finance Manager
The future Finance Manager will be the leader of the accounting team and will report directly to the General Manager. The person applying for this position should have at least 4 years of solid experience in the financial department of an audit / production company. Our candidate is a person who wants to develop in a significant company, in an independent and responsible position, to manage and develop a team. It is an ideal position for a person who thinks differently and can easily rearrange the processes in the team.
Place of work: Mazowieckie Voivodeship
Task range:
- Verification of the correctness of preparation of reports in terms of compliance with the Group's policy
- Participation in the development of the company's strategic goals
- Co-creation of procedures and processes
- Budgeting and ongoing control of the implementation of budgets, working capital and cash flows
- Long-term planning and controlling the implementation of plans
- Periodic reporting and delivery of management information
- Participation in the implementation of the new operational program and integration of financial and accounting systems with other business areas
- Creation and implementation of the Company's financial strategy and participation in decision-making processes,
- Responsibility for tax returns
- Development of financial plans and budgets as well as periodic information on their implementation,
- Financial liquidity and currency risk management,
- Identification of risk areas and recommendation of optimal solutions affecting operating activities
- Taking initiatives to optimize processes in the Company,
- Responsibility for monthly reporting to the Management Board (cost reports, production efficiency report, production reconciliation)
- Responsibility for inventory management and monthly inventory
- Cooperation with external institutions (auditors, banks, tax advisers)
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in the financial or related department, including at least one year of experience as a leader in the financial department (experience in a manufacturing company is welcome)
- Experience in the field of management accounting (reporting of results, cost control, standard cost calculation, deviation analysis),
- Experience in preparing company budgets and financial statements
- Knowledge of English at minimum B2 level
- High level of responsibility and independence
- High organizational, communication and business awareness
