Trainee Accountant
Manpower are looking for a Trainee Accountant to work for our client based in Cambridge.
To work as part of the finance team with particular emphasis on fees and billing. The post holder shall support the Management Accountant and Deputy Accountant in the budget process; reviewing and reconciling monthly journals and in communicating management accounts. The post holder shall also line manage the Senior Accounts Administrator.
What We Need From You...
Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or other equivalent qualification
Experience in a finance office
Experience in invoicing (highly desirable)
Experience in a Education environment or similar (desirable)
Experience of line managing people (desirable)
Good communication skills
Strong analytical and methodical approach and attention to detail
High standard of computer literacy including accounting software
Strong Excel skills
The ability to manage own workload and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with a wide range of college departments and external bodies

A salary of £29,000 per year
25 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)
