Job Descriptions:
Manage the group reporting, tax and treasury function of the Group

Manage the group reporting, tax and treasury function of the Group
- Group Reporting :
- Manage group consolidation and accounts closing of the holding company
- Prepare monthly group performance report and presentation pack
- Compile and prepare annual and mid-year budget report and presentation pack
- Oversea the preparation of annual financial statements
- Oversea quarterly, bi-yearly and annually reporting to headquarters and external parties
- Group Tax (Malaysia and Myanmar) :
- Manage all tax function of the Group, eg. compliance, transfer pricing, withholding tax, SST, tax audit and investigation, tax planning, deferred tax
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Manage tax risk and implement process controls
- Group Treasury :
- Manage all treasury function of the Group, eg. cash flow, debt, loan and forex hedging management
- Understand the business operations of the Group and provide support in financial analysis, such as cost reduction, revision of operational performance, capital expenditure justification, cost and benefits analysis, tax planning
- Oversea the business operation of the holding company
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentation pack as and when requested by the management
- Candidate must possess at least a any professional Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA) with recognized Degree in Accounting of Finance (Candidate currently pursuing professional qualification in CIMA will be considered)
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field and manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in group finance function
- Good knowledge in corporate taxation and cash flow management
- Ensure accuracy in reports, analysis and commentaries
- Possess analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to details
- Possess positive and forward-looking attitude
- High commitment needed
- Able to work in a fast pace challenging environment with minimun supervison and guidance
- Applicants must be willing to work in Banting (Near KLIA,Sepang).
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
- Proficiebt in microsoft office
