Finance Executive - Retail

Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness. Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to guidelines.
Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensure accuracy of financial statements
Provides accounting assistance to managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.
Acts as a liaison between the organization & the external auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
Constantly update tracking sheets for revenue
Balance bank and company accounts
Collect financial records and reports of various departments
Monitor and manage clients' accounts
Inspect balance sheet and correct errors where available
Maintain accounting standards and style of the company
Submit records of accounts reconciliations to management as stipulated.
Stockreconsilation & controlling.
Able to control mutiple companies accounts.
Any other task assigned by the Finance Manager/Assistant Manager.
