Group Accountant role for a fast growing and private equity backed education group
Client Details
This education group hold a strong UK and international presence. They are private equity backed and highly acquisitive. This role works across the group function, looking at acquisition accounting and technical finance at a group level.
Description
- Work across the group finance, fp&a and entity finance teams to deliver strong guidance on best in practice
- Work with new entities to bring them in line with group standards
- Support the group reporting function when accounting for acquisitions
Profile
You will be a practice trained, fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA). You will have a very strong understanding of technical reporting standards and ideally, will have seen a number of finance functions whilst in practice. Attention to detail is key. An understanding of foreign currency would be highly beneficial.
