Speed up your career as AP Accountant with German

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts payable transaction processing in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined operating procedures 
• Administer invoices: control, verification (workflow and electronic handling), processing
• Prepare postings and transfer to SAP FI
• Generate defined standard reports and process ad-hoc requests
• Perform period-end processing and reporting
• Achieve performance objectives agreed with the assigned team lead
• Perform other duties as required within AP
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives 

Requirements:

• BA or MA University degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance 
• At least 1 yearrelevant working experience
• Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements
• Good SAP knowledge as well as scanning and workflow technology knowledge
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• International experience and ease in adapting to new situations and cultures
• Strong service orientation, team-playing skills, flexibility and openness to learning, energetic and hands-on work approach
