We Offer

The Security Infrastructure Compliance Manager reports into the FI Security Infrastructure CH/EMEA lead and is responsible for all our control processes and data requests from auditors in regards to Physical Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems and Key Deposit Systems.

  • You take care of all activities around global control processes (Control Owner) and implementing remediation actions in deficient areas
  • You gather, analyze and report data from our SI systems
  • You are responsible for an up-to-date control Framework by updating existing control descriptions or implementing new controls in collaboration with our Subject Matter Experts
  • You ensure the timely execution of the controls and support the team as needed
  • You support our team on Security Infrastructure related topics, e.g. by preparing SI related business presentations to our Senior Management
  • By acting as an advisory function to the operational level you have the chance to create a strong and sustainable network on a global scale
  • We are open for flexible / agile working

You Offer

  • Solid process and controls knowledge paired with strong analytical skills that enable you to grasp and process complex information quickly
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and have knowledge in SQL

  • With your excellent communications skills you are able to communicate efficiently and effectively on all hierarchical levels
  • Ability to work independently and be willing to work on new tasks
  • Proficient in English. German language skills as a plus
  • Ideally you already gathered first experience working in an international environment, preferably within the financial industry
