Description
1. Lead Marketing & RCC (Retailer Cost Compensation) controlling which includes budget allocation, monthly tracking and forecasting with necessary analysis, business recommendations and system optimization;
2. Prepare monthly Marketing drumbeat meeting to review with top management all marketing related topics and to ensure decisions are taken;
3. Preparation and analysis of Business Plan, Forecast and monthly closing of functional costs (Marketing, RCC, Online service costs, Logistic costs, etc.);
4. Closely work with Marketing teams to understand marketing spending items and systematics and report requirements;
5. Coordinate with Cooperate Controlling to consolidate RGC (Region Greater China) marketing related reports as required;
6. Involve in ad-hoc projects as required.
Profile
1. Good education background.
2. More than 5 years related working experience in MNC, especially retail and FMCG company.
3. at least 3 years as Business Partner
4. Fluent English
