Senior FP&A (Pharmaceutical)

Reporting to Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for the coordination and analysis of financial forecast, partner with business stakeholders, identifying and communicating risks & opportunities and supporting sound financial decision making in the organisation. An independent, highly motivated and versatile team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Description

• Partner with business stakeholders in Asia Pacific including Business Sales & Marketing Leads and Brand Managers.

• Coordinate the development, analysis and submission of forecasts, budget 5 years plan.

• Preparation of presentation materials and active involvement in business reviews.

• Support business with monthly performance updates, communication with local senior management and Regional Finance team.

• Analysis of performance against forecasts and budget, partnering with the business to understand and clearly articulate the drivers of performance, identifying and communicating risks & opportunities.

• Provide financial expertise to cross-functional or special project teams to assist in making financially sound decisions.

• Proactively seek to understand customer needs and expectations to continuously enhance the support provided to the business

• Further develop financial planning processes within Thailand, looking for simplification in current activities and opportunities for automating processes
• Help to enforce financial controls within the organisation, including support of monthly close process with analysis of actuals.

• Support and act as gate keeper of the pricing approval system EPP in support to the distribution model

• Proficient in using the financial applications and systems such as Local Planning Tool, BPC, SAP, EPP etc.

• Maintain strong working relationship with central global FP&A team to ensure smooth end to end financial processes

• Provide FP&A expertise to cross-functional or special project teams to assist in ensuring strong financial analysis is applied for decision making.

Profile

• Business or Finance related degree

• 5 years of experience in Finance or Planning function

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry

• Interpersonal skills and effective communication with all stakeholders, financial & non-financial

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize

• Great command of written and spoken English
